Component Identification

J100 Encoder Cable

We offer a variety of encoder cable styles to connect the ROTIX system to different instruments, ensuring compatibility and a seamless connection.

ROTIX Corrosion Frame

The ROTIX Corrosion Frame is the backbone of the system. It carries many essential features, including system braking, an internal positional encoder and the corrosion slider system.

Cable Management

Cable Management provides durable protection for probe cables, irrigation tubes, and more. Its flexible, zippered material is resistant to low temperatures and offers high break strength, abrasion resistance, and flame-retardant properties.

PPS Encoder

The PPS Encoder (Probe Positioning System) tracks the probe position on the Y-Axis. This enables precise positioning during inspections. The encoder plug connects with the second encoder input on the ROTIX corrosion frame.

QuickLink Buckle

Effortlessly adjust chain tension to achieve optimal performance of your scanner. Not only that, but the QuickLink Buckle also serves as a reliable connection point for the QuickLinks.

Heavy Duty Vertical Probe Holder

The Heavy Duty Vertical Probe Holder is designed to handle more significant probes like the Olympus HydroFORM and various probe/wedge combinations used in corrosion inspection. Its sturdy construction provides stability and support and can apply additional downforce when required.

Achieve the perfect length for mounting your system on a pipe thanks to QuickLinks. These versatile links allow you to assemble the required length quickly, ensuring a secure and reliable chain configuration.
