FEATURES

ROTIX Cart

The ROTIX cart's urethane wheels glide smoothly over rough surfaces, providing easy maneuverability. The handle offers convenience and comfort during operation, while the additional auxiliary connector accommodates optional Y-axis accessories. These are just a few features that make the ROTIX cart a valuable tool for your inspection needs.

Built-in Encoder

The ROTIX cart has been designed with the inclusion of an integrated encoder in its body. This encoder plays a crucial role in providing accurate position feedback during inspections. The encoder output from the ROTIX cart is fully compatible with all standard instruments, making it easy to integrate with your existing equipment.

Brake

The ROTIX scanner comes equipped with a reliable brake system that allows you to lock it securely in any desired position.

Cable Management

To provide added convenience, our cart body features a convenient clip, which is a practical solution for organizing and protecting cables. (Cable management sleeving is sold separately)

Adjustable QuickLink Chain

Using QuickLinks and an adjustable QuickLink buckle, pipes and tubes ranging from 7.6 - 96.5 cm (3 - 38 in) in diameter can be effortlessly scanned. Quicklinks facilitate swift and hassle-free connections, and assembling various chain configuration lengths is a breeze.

QuickLinks

With QuickLinks, you can effortlessly connect and disconnect with ease. Our user-friendly design ensures a seamless experience - simply latch them to connect and press a button to disconnect.

Frame Bars

45 cm (17.7 in) and 20 cm (7.8 in) frame bars allow dual and single probe scanning configurations, providing flexibility to suit your inspection needs. To enhance the scanner's functionality, the dovetail groove of the frame bar serves as a mounting point for probe holders, stabilizer wheels, and various accessories.

Slip Joint Probe Holders

These outstanding low-profile probe holders are compatible with most major types of phased array probes. Their user-friendly design allows for easy probe centre spacing adjustment, probe installation and an integrated latch to raise and lower the probes when appropriate.

Single Probe Inspection

The shorter 20 cm frame bar is perfect for those tight access applications. With this compact design, you can efficiently perform single probe inspections with a smaller scanner width, allowing you to navigate even the most challenging spaces.

Warranty

With our limited three-year warranty, you can trust in the reliability and longevity of our products.
