NAVIC plus laser guidance. That’s TRACKER.
The Tracker transforms the NAVIC crawler into a laser-guided, automated scanning solution for weld inspection on ferrous surfaces.
Mounted directly to a NAVIC probe holder frame, the Tracker uses advanced laser guidance to detect and follow raised profiles, such as weld caps, while the crawler drives forward. As the NAVIC moves, the Tracker automatically steers the crawler to keep the UT probes centred around the weld, helping maintain consistent probe positioning throughout the scan.
Designed for practical field use, the Tracker performs reliably even with heavy couplant flow from the probes. With simple start/stop controls and real-time tracking information displayed on the handheld controller. Combined with a quick setup, it makes it easy to add automated weld tracking to NAVIC inspections without complicating the workflow.
