What happens after I place my order?

Steps involved with the product, payment, shipping, etc.

Here are the steps we'll take when receiving an order, either submitted through our website or sent to [email protected]. We'll do our best to begin processing as soon as we can.

  1. Order: Order is placed/received.

  2. Planning: The order is planned with our production and assembly departments.

  3. Confirmation: An official order acknowledgement is sent within 1-2 days of receiving the order, outlining the estimated shipping date(s).

  4. Production: Production on your order is started. This is when the order is picked from inventory, parts are machined, connectors are added to cables, products are assembled, etc.

  5. Payment: Payment details are arranged and payment is made.

  6. Shipping: Order is prepared and packed for shipment. Package(s) are made available to couriers.

What payment methods can I use?

If your company has established credit terms with JIREH, you can submit a Purchase Order and we'll send an invoice after the order ships. If you would like to establish a credit account with JIREH, please contact our sales department.

Can I pay with my Credit Card?

Payment options at JIREH

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.  There is a 2.5% surcharge on credit card transactions. We also have other payment options available, including bank transfers.
